Do you deliver?

We offer local & long-distance LTL freight options through third-party vehicles and brokers. Minimum quantities do apply depending on the distance that the order would be shipped to. It's the customer's responsibility to unload their order. Must have equipment or plenty of people to unload in a timely manner. 

What payment methods do you take?

Cash, check, or card. We prefer cash or check, but do not apply a service charge for the use of a card.

Can I pick through pieces?

Pick-throughs are not allowed as the vast majority of items we stock are #2, which are meant to contain some blemishes like surface-level knots, color variation, and possibly some splits and see-through knots.

How can I place an order?

The easiest way to place an order is to physically visit our warehouse located at 203 Deptford St, Savannah, GA 31404, open Monday through Thursday 9-4, and Friday 9-1. You can also reach Paul at (912) 438-3905 or pdstoddart@gmail.com

Can I return my order?

All sales are final and we do not allow returns on products. 

Do I need to prepay when placing an order?

It depends. If you will be picking up your order, and it's a stocked item, you are not required to pay until pickup. If you are ordering an item that we do not stock, we usually will ask for a minimum deposit of 50%. Finally, for orders that are being shipped via a third party, we require full payment before arranging delivery.
