Do you deliver?

Our manager Paul offers local delivery. He usually charges $2 a loaded mile, but this is subject to a different rate depending on the location and quantity of the order. Long-distance orders (250+ miles) are usually delivered on third-party vehicles and are subject to higher delivery rates. For these deliveries, the customer must have equipment or a crew to help unload.

What payment methods do you take?

Cash, check, or card. We prefer cash or check, but do not apply a service charge for the use of a card.

Can I pick through pieces?

Pick-throughs are not allowed as the vast majority of items we stock are #2, which are meant to contain some blemishes like surface-level knots, color variation, and possibly some splits and see-through knots.

How can I place an order?

The easiest way to place an order is to physically visit our warehouse located at 203 Deptford St, Savannah, GA 31404, open Monday through Thursday 9-4, and Friday 9-1. You can also reach Paul at (912) 438-3905 or pdstoddart@gmail.com

Can I return my order?

All sales are final and we do not allow returns on products. 

Do I need to prepay when placing an order?

It depends. If you will be picking up your order, and it's a stocked item, you are not required to pay until pickup. If you are ordering an item that we do not stock, we usually will ask for a minimum deposit of 50%. Finally, for orders that are being shipped via a third party, we require full payment before arranging delivery.
